The P100 continues to build on XAG's agricultural drone heritage. Since 2013, they have honed their exclusive range of farm drones, building on user feedback and incorporating the latest manufacturing techniques and materials.

Please note that due to the P100's extreme load capacity and high maximum take off weight, it can only be sold to experienced drone spray operators with their own OSC.

Built To Spray

Every part of the P100 has been designed to optimise its spraying performance. During testing, the P100 is fully submerged underwater before being flown, to satisfy the stringent IPX7 water resistance rating.

The 40L smart spray tank has realtime volume sensing so you're always informed. The latest generation peristaltic pumps have a maximum flow of 12L/min for incredible covering power.

The twin spinning spray disks, know as Controlled Droplet Applicators (CDA's), are able to accurately control the droplet sizes between 60 microns, fine mist, and 400 microns, a very coarse droplet.

Built To Spread

The P100 uses XAG's unique detachable load system which means that it can be converted from a sprayer to a spreader in under 2 mins.

The RevoCast-2 granule spreader features a new vertical centrifugal spreading disk. This provides an even spread pattern that is highly resistant to wind deflection.

The large 60L hopper means that on a single battery pack, the P100 can spread 280Kg of fertiliser, setting a new standard in drone spreading efficiency.

  • P100 Safety

    All XAG drones are designed for autonomous use. You specify the task and they do the work, and that work is done accurately. Supplied with RTK navigation as standard gives precision control to within 10cm.

    Safety is a critical factor when flying large drones. The P100 has a multidirectional radar for obstacle avoidance as well as terrain sensors that maintain a consistent height above the ground, no matter how steep the terrain.

    IPX7 water resistance is important on a spray drone. Every day, it will be operating in a tough, wet environment. Even the batteries can be water cooled when charging in very hot weather.

  • P100 Performance

    At the P100's heart is a lightening fast 1GHz processor. Once you've planned your mission and uploaded it to the drone, it takes over.

    Power from the 48V smart lithium batteries is sent to the 4, newly designed, brushless motors, which power this mighty work platform.

    The liquid from the 40L tank is pumped via the high capacity peristaltic pumps. When the liquid hits the spinning, Controlled Droplet Applicators (CDA's), the droplet size can be accurately controlled between 60 microns, fine mist, and 400 microns, a very coarse droplet.

    All this performance is packed in to a body that can quick-release from the detachable load system in seconds, to be handled easily by one person.

  • P100 Works

    The P100's RevoCast-2 spreading system is designed for hard work. The 60L hopper is powered by twin screw augers that feed the new vertical centrifugal spreading disks. This gives an even spread width of up to 7m. In recent trials, the new P100 was able to spread 280Kg of urea in only 22 minutes.

    The RevoCast-2 spreader can accept a wide range of media up to 8mm in diameter. And at the end of a long working day, the feed augers and centrifugal spreading disks can be quick-released and hosed clean ready for the next job.

    To keep the P100 powering through the work, are state-of-the art 48V lithium smart batteries that recharge from 20% to 100% in 15 minutes from our in-field charger.
