AutoSpray’s ‘Beyond Restoration‘ project, supported by the Future Flight Challenge, has reached its final stages. This landmark initiative – a collaboration with the National Trust, Woodland Trust, and North Pennines National Landscape, and supported by Skypointe and Anglia Ruskin University – has demonstrated the efficacy of large-scale, drone-based environmental recovery.

We have stress-tested our systems through 3am starts and hundreds of miles on the road in all conditions. Now, the technical blueprints are proven, and the commercial markets for Aerial Logistics, Peatland Restoration, and Reforestation are officially open and ready for scale.

Aerial Logistics Has Arrived

We collaborated with the National Trust to rewrite the rulebook for conservation logistics. Using the XAG P100 Pro, we moved materials across landscapes where ground access was impossible and helicopters were impractical.

Peatland: Precision at Murton Fell

The team recently completed highly targeted restoration at Murton Fell, treating 552 areas of degraded peat. Working with North Pennines National Landscape, we used the XAG P100 Pro to apply pelletised grass seed developed at Anglia Ruskin University. This method is safer and more accurate than traditional, risky manual efforts in boggy terrain.
