The XAG P40 was designed with one goal in mind, to be the best agricultural spray drone that could be made. You’ll notice how easy it is to swop out an empty spray tank, how the batteries lock in place with an audible click, how the rotor arms are protected by rubber bumpers as you load-up the trailer after a long day on the farm.
But you LOVE the results. Your fields will be in much better condition, fewer ruts, less compaction and every day you’ll notice the how much less diesel you’re using. And when harvest comes around you’ll notice the extra yield.
Built To Work
We supply everything you need to get to get the job done. If you need it, we supply it. Each drone is supplied with a minimum of 2 batteries and our innovative in-field charger. It’ll charge your battery from 20% to 100% in 11 mins, before shutting itself off automatically.
Its rugged body is fully IPX7 rated. When you’ve finished a long working day, hose it down, put it in the truck and head to the next work site. This is a drone that can work as hard as you.

P40 Safety
All the XAG drones are designed for autonomous use. You specify the task and they do the work, and that work is done accurately. Supplied with RTK navigation as standard gives precision control to within 10cm.
Safety is a critical factor when flying large drones. The P40 has a multidirectional radar for obstacle avoidance as well as terrain sensors that maintain a consistent height above the ground, no matter how steep the terrain.
IPX7 water resistance is important on a spray drone. Every day, it will be operating in a tough, wet environment. Even the batteries can be water cooled when charging in very hot weather.

P40 Performance
At the P40's heart is a lightening fast 1GHz processor. Once you've planned your mission and uploaded it to the drone, it takes over.
Power from the 48V smart lithium batteries is sent to the 4 brushless motors, which provide a stable work platform.
The liquid from the 20L tank is pumped via the high capacity peristaltic pumps. When the liquid hits the spinning, Controlled Droplet Applicators (CDA's), the droplet size can be accurately controlled between 60 microns, fine mist, and 400 microns, a very coarse droplet.
All this performance is packed in to a compact body that can easily be handled by one person.

P40 Works
The P40's RevoSpray system is designed for efficiency. Spray widths range from 4 to 6m depending on flight height and droplet size.
The RevoCast spreading system has a large 25L hopper and uses twin screw augers to feeds its dual spinning disks. This gives an effective spread width of up to 10m. Running flat out, the RevoCast has a maximum feeding capacity of 2.4tonnes/h of urea.
To keep the P40 powering through the work are state-of-the art 48V lithium smart batteries that recharge from 20% to 100% in 11 minutes from our in-field charger.
